We operate a state of the art fully automated production line for quality volume finishing incorporating the following key features:
- Gema powder coating equipment is used for maximum control over coating thickness and quality of finish
- High impact plastic powder coating booth assists with rapid colour changes
- Five stage spray pre treatment process ensures the substrate is completely clean and primed prior to coating
- Contamination is kept to a minimum using an inverted conveyor
Manual Line Powder Coating Facilities
Our manual line offers many of the features of the Auto line, with the additional benefits of:
- Operation of a batch process for the specialised powder coating of assemblies and small volume components
- Vapour degreasing for the removal of heavier oil and grease deposits and the careful handling of larger components
- Off line facilities for small volume runs and larger products and assemblies
- Specialist masking facilities to protect threads or areas which do no not require coating
- Fast colour changing gives rapid response for samples and small batches
