Autoline Powder Coating Facilities

We operate a state-of-the-art fully automated production line for quality volume finishing incorporating the following key features:

• Gema powder coating equipment is used for maximum control over coating thickness and quality of finish
• High impact plastic powder coating booth assists with rapid colour changes
• Five stage spray pre treatment process ensures the substrate is completely clean and primed prior to coating
• Contamination is kept to a minimum using an inverted conveyor

Manual Line Powder Coating Facilities

Our manual line offers many of the features of the Auto line, with the additional benefits of:

• Operation of a batch process for the specialised powder coating of assemblies and small volume components
• Vapour degreasing for the removal of heavier oil and grease deposits and the careful handling of larger components
• Off line facilities for small volume runs and larger products and assemblies
• Specialist masking facilities to protect threads or areas which do no not require coating
• Fast colour changing gives rapid response for samples and small batches
